If you have a profound knowledge of DevOps methodology and strive to gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies, this intensive internship is for you.

Under the guidance of EPAM experts, you will:

  1. Discover how to develop and manage cloud infrastructure using the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach
  2. Learn to install a Kubernetes cluster and explain its main components
  3. Explore modern Generative AI tools to boost your productivity
  4. Immerse yourself in Agile methodology and the software development life cycle

Training process

The program will last ~2.5-3 months and require ~20-30 hours of weekly engagement.

Here's what you can expect:

  3. Weekly Q&A sessions led by EPAM experts

If you successfully complete the program, you may have the opportunity to join the EPAM team, depending on your demonstrated skills and the availability of entry-level positions.

What is required for training:

General requirements:

  1. Citizens of Kazakhstan and permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
  2. Specialists changing careers, final-year university students and graduates
  3. Individuals aged 18 years and older

Skills requirements:

  1. English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
  2. Profound knowledge of Git
  3. Good understanding of Hypervisor and Networking
  4. Solid knowledge of Linux OS
  5. Proficiency in the Docker platform
  6. Experience in scripting using Bash and Python

Nice to have:

  1. Understanding of algorithms and OOP
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page by April 3. Once you have filled in all the required fields and attached your CV, you will receive a confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it by April 8 and achieve a B1-level result or higher to proceed.
  3. Take the technical assessment available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete all tasks and tests by April 8 to proceed.
  4. Complete the practical task on Docker. All instructions will be provided once you've passed the previous steps, and you will have 3 days to finish.
  5. Have a conversation with our AI assistant. We will send you an invitation email with all instructions after you successfully complete assessments (this step will be available only to shortlisted candidates).
  6. Pass an online technical interview. You will speak with a DevOps engineer and demonstrate your knowledge (this step will be available only to shortlisted candidates).
  7. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the final results via email several days before the start.

What will you learn?
Your education trajectory will be determined at the technical interview, which will help you choose cloud technology for your future growth: AWS, GCP or Azure.
