This internship allows you to work on cutting-edge projects, learn from industry experts and build a strong foundation in Front-End development and innovative solutions. Over more than 9 weeks, you’ll engage in online learning, hands-on tasks, real-life projects and mentorship sessions – all designed to enhance your skills and set you on the path to a future career at EPAM.


  1. Program timeline: Start date is April 20th, 2026
  2. Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  3. Format: Hybrid – 1 day in the office Belgrade or Novi Sad, 4 days remote

What is required for training:

  1. Final-year student – We’re looking for enthusiastic final-year students from Belgrade, Novi Sad or nearby areas.
  2. English proficiency – At least B2 level to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
  3. HTML Proficiency – Solid understanding of document structure, semantic tags, and content formatting.
  4. Good CSS Knowledge – Familiarity with the box model, layouts and common styling techniques.
  5. Solid JavaScript Skills – Understanding of data types, control flow, DOM manipulation, objects and asynchronous programming.
  6. General understanding of Git Fundamentals – Experience with version control basics.
  7. Familiarity with React - Basic knowledge of React.
  8. Experience with Node.js - Good knowledge of Node.js.


Bonus points if you also have:

  1. Experience with responsive CSS layouts, CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
  2. Awareness of Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  3. Experience in software development (any language).
  4. Solid TypeScript Knowledge.


What will you learn?

During this internship, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team of EPAM experts on a real-world AI-powered project. This experience will enhance your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. As part of the team, you’ll engage in various development activities, including:

  1. Collaborating in a Scrum team environment.
  2. Building and designing a Web application from scratch.
  3. Understanding the code review process.
  4. Engaging in various learning activities to expand and deepen your knowledge.
How to get started?
  1. Register by April 1st. After completing the required fields, check your mailbox or notifications tab for confirmation and details. 
  2. Take the English Test within 7 days of registration – B2 level or higher is required.
  3. Pass the Technical Test to showcase your coding knowledge within 7 days of registration.
  4. Join a General HR Interview with our recruiter.
  5. Complete an Online Technical Interview with our expert.
