IT has no borders and Ukrainians have unlimited potential.
That’s why EPAM and Kharkiv IT Cluster with the support of the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine and the Diia.City project by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, in collaboration with the strategic partner the IT Ukraine Association, created IT Connect UA — a project that helps Ukrainians gain IT education and start a career in the industry. The initiative is already supported by over 10 Ukrainian companies, which will provide mentorship sessions and offer collaboration opportunities to the top graduates of this training program.

The program is created for self-paced learning with regular Q&A sessions with industry experts. On the EPAM Learn platform, you’ll find video lessons, assignments and tests to help you absorb the material and confidently move forward.

📌 Participant selection: April 22-27
📌 Training start: May 5
📌 Duration: 8-9 weeks
After completing the first stage, participants will take a final exam. Those with the best results will be invited to the second stage, which includes mentorship support for all participants and the opportunity to pass interviews and join the teams of Ukrainian partner companies.
Participants who complete this course with an overall score of 75% or higher will receive a certificate of successful completion.

What is required for training:
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and basic skills in software operation.
- Recommended level of English proficiency — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher.

- This course is not available to participants of other EPAM Campus training programs or EPAM employees. Contact your learning coordinator or resource manager to learn about other available opportunities for learning and growth.
- Due to the limited number of spots in the group, your test results will be a decisive factor for being invited to the program.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject candidates from the training or transition to the next stage without providing an explanation.
- The organizers do not guarantee employment for all participants: only graduates with the highest results in the training and interviews will be invited to interview and join the teams of Ukrainian partner companies.
- The terms of further collaboration, including salary level, position, and location, will be determined by the partner companies based on their available opportunities.
